REGISTRATION PROCESS
Log in or create your Brightwheel account.
Fill out the new student application.
Please verify that your child will be age-eligible for the class that you are applying for.
Submit Your Application.
Pay Application Fee.
Once your application is submitted, within 48 hours it will be processed and approved if space is available in the requested class. If so, a $150 non-refundable application fee will be added to your account. You will then have 1 day to pay the application fee and your child's spot on the roster will be held during this time.
If the class you wish to register for is full, your child will be placed on a waiting list, and you will receive a Brightwheel notification indicating this. The application fee will not be added at this point. You will be contacted should a spot become available.
Confirmation.
Once the registration fee is received, your child will be placed on the roster. You will receive a confirmation from Brightwheel indicating which class your child will be in.
Complete School Forms.
You will then be sent a packet of forms to complete through Brightwheel. Forms are to be completed by May 1. In addition to these forms, you are required to submit a copy of your child's current heath exam (good for one year from the date of the exam) and a copy of your child's immunization records.
Classroom Assignment.
​You will be notified about your child's classroom assignment in August.

If you are registering for more than one child, please note the following steps:
