2025-26 Registration information

Registration for the 25-26 school year is open! Please use the link below to register your child.

If registering more than one child, please use the following steps:
  1. Click the link above, and set up your brightwheel account or log in if you already have one
  2. Register your first child
  3. Once completed, log out of brightwheel
  4. Click the link above again
  5. Sign in to brightwheel
  6. Register your next child

Registration process

1. When registration is open, click on the brightwheel link above to fill out the new student application. Verify that your       child will be age-eligible for the class that you are applying for.​
2. Submit your application
     Once your application is submitted, it will be processed and approved if space is available in the requested class. If so,       a $150 non-refundable application fee will be added to your account. You will then have 1 day to pay the  application         fee and your child's spot on the roster will be held during this time.
     *If the class you wish to register is full, your child will be placed on a waiting list and you will receive an email                    indicating this. The application fee will not be added at this point. You will be contacted should a spot become                      available.
3. Confirmation
     Once the registration fee is received, your child will be placed on the roster. You will receive an email                                     confirmation from brightwheel indicating which class your child will be in.
4. In March, you will be given a packet of forms to complete through brightwheel. Forms are to be completed by May 1.        In addition to these forms, you are required to submit a copy of your child's current heath exam (good for one year            from the date of the exam) and a copy of your child's immunization records.
​5. You will be notified about your child's classroom assignment in August.

All programs run 9:15-11:45AM each of the assigned days.

  • FOUR YEAR OLD PROGRAM - for children who turn four before Dec 1, 2025.

  • UPK PROGRAM (2025-26 School Year)
    • ​For children residing in the Amherst Central School District who turn 4 before December 1, 2025

  • THREE YEAR OLD PROGRAM - for children who turn three before Dec 1, 2025.

OPTIONAL ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
Information about these programs will be shared at the fall parent's meeting and registration will take place in September. Each program must meet a minimum number of students registered to operate.

  • SPANISH FOR PRE-SCHOOLERS – offered to children enrolled in our 3 and 4 year old programs on Wednesdays, conducted by Lisa Almeter and The Enrichment Company (3 sessions/year)
  • SOCCER – offered to children enrolled in our 3 and 4 year old programs on Thursday or Fridays, conducted by Soccer Shots of Buffalo (3 sessions/year)
  • CREATIVE MOVEMENT - For all students enrolled on Mondays. Blends movement, music and basic dance steps  to have fun, improve motor skills, self expression, confidence and imagination. Click here for the application and return it to the office to get started. 
  • YOGA – offered to children in our 3 and 4 year old programs.
